I am sadly moving out of this flat after nearly 3 years as I am moving in with my partner. It's been a great place to live and many of the current and previous tenants have stayed for many years before finally moving on.
Available from 16th October onwards it's a nice double room furnished with a desk and ample storage (I'm taking the plants with me!).
You’d be sharing with three wonderful people (two women, one man). All of us are professionals , often away during the day unless WFH. We are respectful of each other’s space but also enjoy the occasional meal or birthday celebration.
The flat is very spacious. It has a large kitchen & dining area (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and two large fridges etc), a shared living room as well as two bathrooms including one with a bath. Another highlight is a big communal garden which is secure, well kept and perfect for BBQs.
The location is brilliant for transport with plenty of buses and less than a 5 minute walk to Golders Green station which is on the Northern line. Golders Hill park, an extension of Hampstead Heath, is also just around the corner as is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket and plenty of other shops.
The landlord, who we can reach directly, is great and has always responded quickly if we ever needed anything.
