Share with two friendly professional females, Hampstead Garden Suburb cottage with garden in quiet cul-de-sac, but near transport and short walk to Waitrose and M&S. House has all mod cons. Furnished, 3 bedrooms, share living room and dining room. A quiet oasis, surrounded by nature and 10 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath.

The rent does not include bills which come to around £160 a month per person.

There are two females in the house so we prefer females that are over 35. We work full time during the week and enjoy socialising but also our own space, so this isn't a party house as we enjoy relaxing in the evenings and taking it easy. We are clean, tidy and respectful of others so we are looking for someone similar.
