I’m renting my 2 bedrooms just renovated beautiful flat while my tenants are away for the holidays from 25 November till 6 January!
I’m the landlord, I live next door.
As I don’t want scammers, I’ll only rent for people who are willing to do video calls to talk about the short tenancy. (And deposit is paid in advance of course). I’ll be keeping a close eye as I live next door. To many scammers out there.
You can visit in advance if you want.
House is GORGEOUS and clean, so if you are not a very organised and a very clean person, don’t waste your time applying for this.
They maintain the house spotless and we are looking for people who will take the same care.
I have references of previous tenants who rented the same property for the holidays as well.
PS: Flat has a lot of plants which will need some care while you are there.
