A bright recently renovated double room, with a large En-suite bathroom is available for one professional.
The room is very practical, and recently been decorated, including new carpet and flooring in the bathroom.
It has great character along with very calming atmosphere, looking over the gardens of the suburb.
Bathroom is a very good size, directly opens from the room itself. A double bed and a new mattress will be supplied of course.

It is a respectful and quiet household, hence all other tenants been living here for many years now.
The flat is only a 3 mins bus ride from east finchley station where you can catch the Northern line train (High-Barnet Branch), or 10 mins from golders green station the other way.

Ideally we are looking for a tidy professional, who would make a delightful new member of the household. Preferably non smoking.

About ourselves: we are all professionals and living on a very quite, clean and friendly way.. We all respect each others privacy as much as being able to talk about similar interests in life. We are all friendly people.
