Bright double room with friendly household :))

Looking for a housemate to take over the remaining tenancy with me until January 2027 at least :)

It’s just myself and my two cats (Circe and Hel) currently as my previous roommate moved home. The flat is literally across the road from the tube m/bus station so has GREAT transport links.
Room comes with a double bed (I have a spare duvet and pillows if you need them), floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and massive windows. You’ll also essentially have your own bathroom as I have an en-suite! So unless we have guests over it’s just your bathroom :)

I’m a bartender full time so ideally someone who doesn’t mind late nights/is a deep sleeper, as my 9-5 is more like 4-2. I keep things pretty clean and organised, and we have a built in dish washer and washer/dryer.

I’d love someone who is friendly and wants to socialise, hopefully we can be friends and not just roommates! Hampstead is one tube stop away and with summer coming I’d love someone who loves a little coffee/thrift/park day.

The landlord requires references and a deposit, so this isn’t really suitable for a sublet. I’d love someone who can move in from March 1st but if you have a month or two left on your tenancy and are still interested please message me and we can probably figure something out :)
