Covid.- We are an extremely Covid conscious household and are looking for flatmates who are taking the pandemic as seriously. We have put in place a no guests arrangement that we are strictly adhering to and would expect future flatmates to agree to.

We have an exceptionally clean, large, double room within a 2-bed/ 2-bath flat available in Kilburn/ West Hampstead now.
The flat, located within a secure, gated building with a 24-hour Porter, is over 1,000 square feet.

Included in the rent:

- All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax)
- Fortnightly cleaner
- Use of building's private Leisure Centre with Pool/Sauna/Table-tennis (NOTE - due to Covid restrictions, the leisure centre is currently closed)
-Netflix
-High-speed broadband
-Use of rooftop terrace and communal garden areas
- Off street parking is available through seperate arrangement

The flat benefits from a fully-equipped HUGE kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, large fridge/freezer, shared use of TV in living room (and we can provide you with a TV for your room if want one), your own bathroom (shared only with occasional guests).
Room Is furnished with a double bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe and built-in wardrobe.

Located literally next to the Kilburn Tube station (Jubilee Line - 10 minutes to central London), a 5 minute walk from Brondsebury Overground and a short walk to West Hampstead station w/ National Rail. The area is further served by several bus lines. We are a 2 minute walk from both a Tesco and Sainsburys local as well as dozens of restaurants, bars and service shops (dry cleaning, hair salon, bakeries, etc).

The flat will be shared with us, a 37 year old professional couple and our extremely friendly and well behaved dog, Roxy. We are Irish/British and American/Swedish, very clean/tidy and enjoy hosting a game night or movie night with a few friends. Really friendly. liberal and an LGBTQ Allied household.
£800 for single person
£875 for couples (to cover difference in utility costs)
