Double Bedroom in cosy top flat

My current flatmate is moving back home so I'm urgently looking for someone to be able to renew the house contract. It is a double bedroom with a massive wardrobe in a cosy top flat - bathroom has been recently renovated which is a huge plus in London!

The flat is in a very quiet street but 5 minutes away from coffee shops/supermarket and from Willesden Green station (zone 2, 24h Fridays and Saturdays and 15 min from Oxford Street). Bills are usually £145 per month (max), including council tax.

I am very clean and organised so looking for someone who equality likes to keep things tidy. I work in fashion PR, love to have a chat over a drink but also enjoy being quiet once in a while!
