We‘re a friendly house share in NW2 London, made up of 4 people and my cats Toni and Elvie. We like to consider ourselves a home away from home and all get along really well. We enjoy socialising and doing things together inside and outside of home, but are all used to living in shared spaces and respect each other’s privacy and quiet.

We are looking for a single person for a fully furnished and very well kept single room. The ideal move-in date is the 16th of August and we are considering different short-term and long-term lengths of stay, so please just reach out!

We're very clean and expect our new housemate to leave common areas tidy, clean appliances they used and generally pick up after themselves. In short, someone house-trained would be perfect.

The house itself is located in a residential neighbourhood with quite a few families living around - two off-licenses, a pub and two parks are in short walking distance. There are two bus stops 2 and 5 minutes walking distance that will take you to the nearest Tesco Extra or Brent Cross shopping centre in 10-15 minutes or Lidl in 5-10 minutes as well as tube stations: Neasden for Jubilee Line max 10 minutes by bus and a 5 minute walk, Dollis Hill for Jubilee Line is a 25 minute walk away, Wembley Park for Metropolitan Line is around 15-20 minutes by bus, Brent Cross West Rail station is a 10 minute walk or bus ride, Brent Cross tube station for the Northern Line is 15 minutes away, and Golders Green for the Bakerloo is max 20 minutes by bus. Kilburn and Willesden Green are about 25 minutes away by bus. Although if you cycle, this is a good place to be as so many different tube lines are accessible very quickly!

The price includes all bills and council tax, reliable high-speed internet, etc. We are looking for a single person, a couple can unfortunately not be accommodated. There is a refundable deposit of £250 for stays that exceed 1 month. If you're only interested in staying for a few weeks or a month we will not need a deposit, but will request the full rent to be paid in advance.
