Double Room In 3 Bed House With Large Garden

We have a lovely double room to rent from the 6th October in our end of terrace home in NW2. The room has just been redecorated, is bright and warm and has a comfortable double bed with two large built-in wardrobes, table and chair. The window is double glazed and looks out onto our large back garden. You would have full use of the sitting room and all kitchen equipment and are welcome to sit out and relax in the back garden, which is a haven on a sunny day. We’re keen cyclists and there is space for you to park your bike in the shed if you want. There is also free super fast broadband. We’re located on a quiet road in Cricklewood, with a large park 2 minutes from the house and Hampstead Heath is 10 minutes away by bike.

We’re an early 30's gay couple who are easy going and sociable. We're both originally from Ireland but have lived in London for many years. We have a 6 month old female labrador puppy called Ella who is really good natured, quiet and loves everyone. If you’d like to come share our house, please get in contact and let us know a bit about you, and ask any questions you like. If you don't like dogs or are scared of them then we'd politely suggest not applying for the room.

The accommodation would suit a mature student or young working professional. The room is single occupancy only.

Rent is £550 per month (all bills included)

We require one month deposit and one month rent in advance.

We're looking for short-term lets only. Ideally 3-4 months. We'd also consider people looking for Monday-Friday lets.

TRANSPORT

Cricklewood Thameslink station (10-15 minutes walk depending on how fast you are) - This will bring you through the city centre via West Hampstead, Kings Cross-St Pancras International, Farringdon, Blackfriars etc.

Brent Cross Northern Line station (15 minutes walk)
Golders Green Northern Line station (5 minute bus ride away)

We’re well served by local buses and route 189 runs 24 hours to and from Oxford Circus, via Kilburn and Brondesbury for the Jubilee line and Overground trains. The C11 runs to West Hampstead to connect with the Jubilee line and Overground also. We have free street parking and we’re not far from the North Circular road and Finchley road to get around the city. We're also a few minutes walk to a 24hr Tesco, and Brent Cross shopping centre is a few minutes up the road by bus or by bike.

There are two gyms within 10 minutes walk from the house, one is council run and the other is a fancy Virgin Active with pool.
