⛳️The studio/ en-suite are with private bathrooms and kitchen facility.
There is communal kitchen for tenants to use. Most tenants may cook in bedroom, only two tenants may regularly use the communal kitchen

Please be aware the sofa bed will be removed and provided with proper double bed, and the desk and chairs are belong to current tenants.

⛳️The price include electricity in comunal area, central heating, internet and council tax. The electricity in the room is not included, which can be topped in local store. Regular bill around £10-£30 depends how you use it.

⛳️The house is 2 mins walk from Brent Cross tube station and 5 mins walk to Brent Cross shopping mall. Tesco-hyper market is just 3 mins away
