Lovely, light and bright double room in 2 bedroom duplex apartment in leafy Brondesbury.

As the flat is split across 2 floors with its own private entrance, it feels more like a little self-contained house than a flat.

There’s a living room, kitchen and WC downstairs and 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There’s direct access to a private SW-facing garden plus a communal garden which is just trees as far as the eye can see :)

The room is a good sized double with fitted wardrobes and a desk by the window. The double bed has a super comfy mattress and large drawers underneath for additional storage.

Amazing transport links nearby - it's 4 mins walk to Kilburn tube (Jubilee line) and 6 mins walk to Brondesbury overground station.

Street parking is available with a permit and a cleaner comes every two weeks.

There are loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and parks nearby. Rudy and I spend a lot of time in Queen’s Park and at Hampstead Heath.

Initially looking for let of up to 6 months (flexible) with a view to potentially extending if we feel it's a good match.
