Double room by finchely road

Hi Everyone!
So my lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to take over her room.

• Contract starting on 23rd of February for six months or a year.
• Current rent is 825 pounds per month per person (we would be two) (might increase a little this following year depending on what the landlord says, so far it's staying the same)
• Bills come to about 150-200 pounds per person per month (wifi, electricity, water, and council tax)
• Located in Cricklewood just off Finchley Road.
• 15 minute walk to Golders Green Tube Station (Northern Line), There's a bus stop 3 minutes away from the flat with busses that take you to Waterloo, Chelsea, Willesden Green and Victoria and National Bus Service to a couple of airports
• 15 minute walk to a medium sized Sainsbury's
• 5 minute walk to Child's Hill Park and 15 minute walk to Golders Hill Park/Hampstead Heath

The flat is really nice as it gets sun the entire day and we don't need to turn on the heater that often. It's in a really safe area and easy to get back to by night bus in case the tube closes. It has wooden floors and we would share a bathroom that has a bathtub.
I graduated from an MA in Acting for Screen (RCSSD) in 2021 and graduated from an MA in Creative Writing in 2023. I've been living in London for 8 years and in the flat for 5 years. I'm from Mexico.
I'm looking for someone that's ideally a recent graduate, in their MA/last year of uni, or a working professional. It would be nice if you're in a creative filed but it's not really a deal breaker if you're not. I'm quite tidy so I'm looking for someone that's also tidy and respectful of shared areas. I like hanging out but I'm also respectful of your personal space and time, but it'd like it if we could get along and be friends. I take zoom singing classes so I don't mind if you play instruments or sing.
Your room includes the bed and the wardrobe. You can see how it's currently set up in the pictures.

*NOTE: As I'm international, I don't have a guarantor, and the nature of the contract, the landlord requires both of us to pay rent six months in advance*
