Lovely room in a 2 bed flatshare NW2

My beautiful place is located 20min walk from Hampstead Heath.

The neighbourhood is quiet, there is a Co-op convenience store at the corner (3min walk) and the Thameslink train 5min walk (links to Gatwick and Luton airport).

I’m not a live-in landlord and tried to remove it from my profile. You share the flat with 1 person, female, 30s and professional. She has her separate room but you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom/toilet with her.

There is a residents only parking space available and a garden.

No couples. 1 person occupancy as this would not be fair on current housemate. Would prefer female flatmate but all messages will get a response.

Looking for someone clean, professional, no pets and preferably not smoking (carpet everywhere) as the perfect addition to this household.

Bills are all inclusive except a cleaner and a parking space with residents permit is available.
