The neighbourhood is quiet, there is a Co-op convenience store at the corner (3min walk) and the Thameslink train 5min walk (links to Gatwick and Luton airport).

You share the flat with 1 person, a young, female Graphic Designer.

There is a residents only parking space available and a garden.

No couples. No pets and no smoking indoors.

Looking a professional, female as well to complete the household as the housemate will be more comfortable sharing with another woman.

Bills are all inclusive except a cleaner and a parking space with residents permit is available.
