Double room available in friendly NW London flat

We have a double room available in our lovely NW London flat, as sadly our flatmate is moving back home.

The room is cosy but bright, with just enough space to wfh or you can set up in the living room if you prefer. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The flat is located in Zone 2, just a 10-15 minute walk from Kilburn/Willesden Green stations on the Jubilee line, Cricklewood Thameslink and Brondesbury Overground. There are plenty of shops on our doorstep, and we are also a short walk from West Hampstead and Gladstone Park.

The tenancy will begin on October 1st. Bills are not included, they have come to around £135 p/m each this year.

You’ll be living with two young professional women: Becky is a secondary school teacher and Gemma works in local government. We are both quite active, on an evening you’ll often find us either playing football or at a fitness class! We like to keep weeknights fairly chilled with a bit of trash telly, but also love a pint at the pub and a night out once in a while.
