Upstairs king size room is available for single occupancy only, freshly painted and brand new carpet fitted this week , in a well maintained house with lovely garden, lovely neighbourhood, nice and calm area. Large shared living room, the fridge to be shared with only 1 person.

Golders Green station, Cricklewood station and Brent Cross stations are within 15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes with bus (so do Hendon station).

This is a really large room, 4.9x3.5 metre, you can easily fit a sofa in aswell. There are 2x 3 door wardrobe and 2x cabinets so there are unlimited space in the room and also in the loft.

Free parking anywhere in the area, shops, pharmacy within few minutes walking distance, also international shops in both Golders Green and Hendon Central which are only 5 mins with bus.

Buses (C11, 189, 102, 226, 113) are within walking distance, so do the underground (norther line).

Rent is £860 per month and includes:

Bear in mind that we share the cleaning duties between all of us, so approx. once every 5 weeks we expect you to participate in the cleaning of the communal areas, such as hoovering the living room, kitchen, stairs.
