Hello everyone! I am leaving my flat and a lovely double bedroom in the zone 2 (Cricklewood) in northwest London available in our 3 bedroom flat. The move in date is 1st November.
ABOUT THE FLAT:
Location:
-Underground= Kilburn (5 minutes by bus), and Willesden Green (a 10 minute walk).
- Thameslink station= 5 minute walk (connects you very easily to central London, the Luton airport etc).
& many bus routes a two minute walk away.
The area is very lively with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, as well as grocery shops and other conveniences.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is managed by an agency. You would be asked to prove your right to rent in the UK, as well as your income.
Bills are not included on the rent price. I would be more than happy to provide more details regarding to that if you reach out.
Council tax band C.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for someone friendly, although we are both very respectful of personal space, so we have no problems if you need quiet time on your own as well.
Professionals preferred I’m afraid, and no couples.
Remaining flatmates:
Patrick works in HR and is 27 and Nell works in customer services and is 23 years old.
