Spacious Double Bedroom (Bills included)

We are 2 professionals looking for someone to come join us in our House. It is a spacious double bedroom located at the roof level of the house. The stairs are located from huge living room. And as we don't usually don't go much to living room it can be counted as private area.

It has a shared bathroom and kitchen. We are not allowed to smoke at any room except kitchen. Unlimited water, electric, gas ,WiFi and council tax is all included in the bill. (1000 rent+ 200bills).

The house is located 7-8 minutes walk to Jubilee line Kilburn station( zone 2) which is 15 minutes to Baker Street and 25 minutes to London Bridge area.

High street is 1 minute walk away and local amenities like Tesco, co-op, and other markets are very close.

We have a long period of contract so looking for someone with long stay.
