Spacious Double Room in Amazing Flat with Garden

We’re looking for someone to join us in our flat at the end of August.

THE FLAT:

Rare opportunity to live in what is a fantastic home. We have a BIG garden (not just big for London, but just big in general) that is lovely and green, with a patio, BBQ, and a balcony with wooden steps leading down to it.

This flat also comes with a PARKING SPACE included in the price. Another rarity in a London flat. Neither of us currently have cars, so if you drive, the parking space on our driveway is all yours!

The living space is perhaps the best part of this flat. It’s spacious, with plenty of storage, a huge Harrods L-shape sofa that you can sink into, and a big 4K TV. We’ve also got a large dining table that can seat 6 or more people. Our kitchen is small but is kitted out with all the utilities you need, including a dishwasher and a decent size fridge-freezer.

The flat is located in Kilburn NW2. It’s approx a 6-7 min walk from Kilburn station which is on the Jubilee line, and around 9 min walk to Brondesbury Overground station. You can walk to West Hampstead high street in around 15 mins, where there are lots of great pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. There’s a co-op + lots of world food shops just a 2 min walk from the flat, plus plenty more around Kilburn station.

THE ROOM:

A spacious and airy room with a double bed and HUGE amounts of storage. There’s not one but two wardrobes and loads of storage cupboards above them too.

The room is a large blank canvas, and is ready for you to put your own personal touch onto. There’s a desk and a book shelf, but other than that there is plenty of room to add your own furnishings if you wish! The bathroom, which you will share with one flatmate, is just across the hallway and recently refurbished and given a glow-up.

A BIT ABOUT US & WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

I’m Marcus and my flatmate is Oscar. We’re two lads from the North West who graduated Uni and then moved to London to work in Tech and Finance respectively. We’re easy going, considerate people. Interests include Football, Running and Music.

We’re looking for a considerate individual (we don’t mind a boy or a girl!) that is tidy, does their share of cleaning and is mindful of their flatmates 😃 we don’t mind if your interest differ from ours, or if you are quieter and like to keep yourself to yourself. If you smoke, you’re welcome to do so outside the flat.
