Room For Rent 25/7 - 23/8

Hi, I am a current flatmate and have lived in the flat for over a year now. I will be gone July 25th- August 23 for a job and am looking for someone or a couple to rent out my room during this time on a weekly basis. I am also interested in someone staying full time but we can sort out the length of stay for interested applicants.

The room:
The room has a nice double bed with a desk and will have space cleared to hang clothes. The room gets a ton of sunlight in the morning and gets minimal sunlight the rest of the day which is great during the summer--the room is always cooler than the rest of the flat. The room is located on the second floor with the other common spaces (toilet, kitchen, and living room). The main toilet/shower is on the third floor with the other flatmate's rooms.

The flat:
The flat is located off Finchley Road and is directly across from the bus stop and less than a minute from other bus stops heading towards central London and Kilburn. By bus, during peak hour you can be in central London in 30-45mins. By tube, it takes about 20 mins, + 5 mins to get to Golders Green station. Also, everything you need is within walking distance (Sainsbury 12 min walk, Co-op, pharmacy, convenience shops right downstairs, and great mom-and-pop restaurants in the area.) I do have a cat but he is super friendly and loves being around people. (Also featured in the pics!) There is also a nice outdoor area in the back as well. The flat is very close to Hampstead Heath (8-10 mins walk) and the area is very safe! As a woman/solo traveller, I think I truly lucked out in this flat. Flatmates are really kind also, everyone just does their own thing for the most part.

To stay would just need to have a brief chat with you to asses what you're looking for and also upon staying would just need a photo of some form of ID to provide to the landlord. Please let me know if you have any questions or need more info about the flat, the area, etc!
