My flatmates and I are moving out of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat at the end of August and looking for suitable tenants to take over the lease after us. One of our flatmates will be staying on in the flat, which means 3 rooms will be available (she will be taking over the large room, so 3 of the smaller rooms are available - all similarly sized).

It is a great flat in good condition, and with plenty of amenities - backyard, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. It's close to transport links - a 10 minute walk to Golders Green underground station (Northern line), a 10 minute bus ride to West Hampstead station (Jubilee line and Overground), and a bus stop approximately 1 minute away.

The flat is a 2 minute walk away from Child's Hill Park and the lovely Rea's Cafe, 15 minute walk to Golders Hill Park and the famous North London icon--the Hill Garden & Pergola, which is connected to the beautiful Hampstead Heath.

Looking for a group of 3 (preferably who know each other before applying). Young professionals are preferred.
