I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room while I’m abroad from November 22nd to February 15th 2025.

The flat is ideally located between three major stations: West Hampstead (Underground/Overground/Thameslink), Finchley Road (Jubilee/Metropolitan), and Golders Green (Northern Line), providing easy access to central London.

• Two spacious living rooms
• Two bathrooms
• Large kitchen with modern appliances
• Decent heating throughout
• The room is fully furnished, with ample cupboard space available.
• On-street parking only (no building parking available).

I’ve lived here for nearly 4 years and share the flat with two great housemates:

• Donald (29), Scottish, works for the government in Westminster.
• Nadia (35), Russian, a jewellery maker who is often away.

Both are friendly, respectful, non-smokers, and maintain a clean and peaceful environment. While this isn’t a party flat, it’s still sociable.

I’m seeking a trustworthy, clean individual who can commit to the full rental period.
