1x small double bedroom in West Hampstead

Hello! We have 1x small double bedroom becoming available in our 3-bed flat located in West Hampstead at the end of May.

🏡 The flat:
3x bed flat including a balcony facing East, drenched in sunlight for the entire morning until 2pm during summer. It’s also protected from the sun which is great for tanning! It has a good sized living room that we use to hang our washing but also use to socialise. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and a big fridge/freezer.

Easily accessible either by walk (15-20 min) or via bus (5 min), with big supermarkets by Finchley Road and smaller supermarkets within a few minutes walk closeby. It’s also a 15 min walk to Hampstead Heath which is ideal for the Summer months coming up ☀️ West Hampstead’s high street is a 10-15min walk away buzzing with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops. The closest tube station is West Hampstead on the Jubilee line, with an Overground station on the Mildmay line. There’s also a Thameslink station close by and coaches that go all the way to Luton and Stansted airports.

West facing, you’ll get to watch beautiful sunsets when the sky is clear 🌅 The flat comes with big shelves, a desk and a big wardrobe too.

You will be sharing a detached toilet as well as a bigger bathroom 🚽

👋🏼 Us:
You’ll be sharing with only two other people - me (Manon) and James. We’re both omnivores if that’s important to you. Always up for a chat and willing to make the flat a real home for all of us.

James works as an actor while doing other shift jobs to help pay the bills. James’s schedule can change depending on his shifts every week.

I’m working Monday-Friday 9-5 in the charity sector with a mix of hybrid, both from home and the office. I also teach yoga classes in the evenings in a nearby studios and am also a Reiki practitioner on the side. I’m also an ecstatic dance enthusiast and enjoy going to various conscious events (conscious festivals, workshops, cacao ceremonies, etc.).

💁‍♀️You:
We’re looking for a professional female in their mid- to late 20s to late 30s early 40s. Someone who is clean, tidy and that we could also call a friend! Ideally our third flatmate would also be working a few days away from the flat to maintain a good balance, but open to chat about that in person ⚖️ We’ll be creating a weekly cleaning rota to make sure the flat stays as clean and tidy as possible.

Ideally, you'd also have an affinity for all things mindfulness (meditation, yoga, nature, etc.) and/or creative outlets (acting, theatre, films, music, drawing, etc.).

💸 Rent: £650pcm with deposit

💸 Bills: around £100 during Spring-Summer and closer to £120 during Autum-Winter

📅 Moving in date: TBC but most likely around 24-25 May with first month rent to be paid on Sunday 25 May.
