It’s a homey flat in Willesden Green. It has a balcony and a shared garden that’s perfect for summer 🪴 It also has a bike shed for any cyclists 🚴‍♀️

📍The area
The area is on the jubilee line and the flat is close to the station which is super handy. It is pretty central, only about 20 mins from Bond Street. It’s fairly quiet so probably better for someone looking for a more relaxed area.

Rent: £714/month (including council tax)
Bills: £100/month (includes Energy, WiFi, and Water)
Deposit: £500
