Huge Unfurnished Room In Kilburn

Heyy! We have a huge unfurnished room to offer you in Kilburn/cricklewood. Perfect location with a less than 10 min walk to Kilburn station and various bus routes to central! The room comes along with an additional side room between it that you can use for storage, shared with me, along with a bathroom that includes a standing shower and a bath/shower.

We are really lucky to have such a beautiful home, with a massive garden and amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine too! Parking is available also!

Some money from the rent we pay goes towards the garden being maintained and cleaned by our gardener, which will be happening approx 2 times a month. This room is currently going for £1080. Bills are an additional expense every month, just under £90.

Ideally, we are hoping to find another flatmate that is clean, respectful, quirky and preferably queer, though feel free to reach out if you are interested! You’ll be living with with myself (3rd year student on an MT course), Sebastian (second year student on a costume design course) and Natalia, a recent graduate and working professional. BOTH STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS ARE WELCOME.
