3 different types of rental solutions:

FLEXIBLE STAY (Minimum 3 months/NO maximum):
- Deposit: 280 £
- 2 weeks rent upfront: 280 £ (Weekly rate 140 £)
- Utility bills: 400 £ (to pay upfront and only 1 time for the entire stay)

LONG STAY (Minimum 12 months/NO maximum):
- Deposit: 0 £
- 26 weeks rent upfront: 3’640 £ (Weekly rate 140 £)
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED

SHORT STAY (from 1 up to Maximum 3 months):
- Deposit: 280 £
- Rent for the entire stay to be paid upfront (Weekly rate 180 £)
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED
