Just around the corner from Gladstone Park with loads of green space, walking paths, tennis courts and a café

Great bus links and close to Cricklewood Thameslink (straight into central London), plus easy access to Kilburn and West Hampstead

Rent: £725 per month
Bills (Council Tax, Water, Electricity) ~£100–£150 per month
Deposit and referencing required through Cedar Estates, who manage the property

Move-in Date:
As soon as the referencing process is completed (via the agency).
