My partner & I will be sadly leaving this flat after nearly 3 years as we just got married!

Hence- two furnished, double bedrooms have now become available. These two rooms share 1 big sizeable bathroom.

For the house, you’d be sharing with Tilney, Adaeze and Adam who are all really friendly flatmates. The house is into cooking, live theatre, reading, pubs, exercise, podcasts, watching TV and film and loads more. Always up for a chat and a glass of wine/beer/soda but respect each other’s space and lives at the same time. We have plenty of space in the house for WFH, either in the living room or in our own rooms.

The house is on a leafy, quiet road in a residential area, with its own private garden, invaluable for summer BBQs! The flat is spread over the first and second floors of a large, fully furnished, sunny and light townhouse with an amazing view over Central London from the living room. Three bathrooms, five bedrooms in total, plus communal space:

- Comfortable lounge with a large corner sofa, TV, big dining table & chairs
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser
- Private garden with garden furniture and some well-honed BBQing skills
- Room for indoor bike storage
- On road parking via Camden Council permit

The flat is in a super convenient, Zone 2 location that’s really handy for most of London:

- 5 mins walk to Kilburn Tube Station (Jubilee Line), which is part of the night tube so runs all night on Fridays and Saturdays

- 7 mins walk to Brondesbury (Overground station)

- 15 mins walk to West Hampstead (Thameslink station), with 24*7 direct trains to St Pancras International, Luton & Gatwick Airports, Bedford and Brighton

- Hampstead Heath, Gladstone Park, Queens Park and plenty of other green spaces are also within walking distance

Admin:

- Room 1 Rent : £658 p/m (street facing)

- Room 2 Rent: £627 p/m

- Security Deposit per room: £660

- Both rooms come with bed + wardrobe

- We advise flatmates to budget approximately £170 p/m per person for bills over the winter period (Fiber Optic Broadband, Cleaner fees, Water, Gas, Electricity, Council Tax)

- Each housemate looks after a bill, yours would be Council Tax

- You will need to able to take over the contract from 1st December (or earlier, better!), and is usually renewed annually.

- The house is rented directly from the landlady who is really nice and proactive.

- We are looking for two housemates OR a couple who will fit in well with the rest of the house, have their own life but is up for a chat and hanging out on occasion.
