• Situated in a quiet, safe, and affluent residential area
• 15 minutes’ walk to the Overground
• Close to Tesco and a gym

Requirements:
• Female preferred
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Regular schedule
• Clean and tidy; we do rotational cleaning of shared areas among three housemates

Viewings of the room are not available at the moment as it’s still occupied,
but you can view the kitchen, bathroom, and the location/neighbourhood.
