I’m looking for a clean, respectful female professional to rent a bright double bedroom in my home.
I’m a single mum of a 6-year-old, and he lives with me most of the time. We’re very active and most afternoons we’re out at after-school clubs until around 6pm, so the flat is quiet during the day and early evening.

Because I work from home, I’m ideally looking for someone who works full-time out of the home (office, hospital, etc.) and wants a calm, family-style base rather than a party flat.

First-floor flat with lots of natural light
Private garden at the back
Great View: overlooking a park – very green and peaceful (which is less than a minute walk)
Front of the flat faces a main road so there is some traffic noise, but you quickly get used to it

Rental Options
Short lets welcomed – ideal if you’re in London on a temporary contract, project, or trial period
Monday–Friday option with discounted rent (£675 pcm) for someone who goes home at weekends
Full-week option (£850 pcm) - bills included
