Amazing value spacious room on Finchley roa

Moving out of my flat. I’ve been here for 5 years because the rent is amazingly priced, it’s a great location right next to Golders hill park (which has an outdoor zoo), and the flatmates are nice.

Double room, two bathroom, shared living room, outdoor area. Newly done kitchen (last year). Room is very spacious for the price. Bills vary from 30-70p/m depending on season

I’ve personally put a lot of work and money making the living spaces nicer. Bought a lot of furniture and items which I will be leaving behind as I’m leaving London. Flatmates are nice. Two guys who I’ve lived with for 5 years. A musician and a bar manager who keep to themselves mostly.
And a female nurse who is moving in next week

For the amenities, location and space I’d expect to pay double this in London. It’s an absolute bargain
