The council tax is paid by the landlord. Bills not included in the rent are electricity & gas and water. All bills cost around £40-£80 per month, depending on the time of year.

The house is less than 1 mile away from both Golders Green and Cricklewood stations (10-minute walk or 3 stops on a bus from the end of the road). The bus stop is a 2-minute walk. It is also very close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and several parks.

The northern line runs through Golders Green with very good connections:
- 3 Minutes to Hampstead
- 11 Minutes to Camden Town
- 17 minutes to Tottenham Court Road
- 22 Minutes to Bank

The Thames Link is within walking distance at Cricklewood station.
