The flat is a beautiful, spacious double upper floor apartment in an old house on a quiet, leafy street, close to Finchley Road (7 mins by bus) and West Hampstead (15 mins walking).

The place has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It’s a really big, spacious place. You’d be occupying the top floor and sharing the house with me — a film director currently relocating to London. There’s also plenty of space for a couple, and I’d absolutely be open to that if the vibe fits ☺️

Ideally looking for someone social, creative, considerate, and clean. I’d love to make a new friend along the way, while also being respectful of each other’s space and privacy!

🏷️ Rent is £1,500 including bills. I’ll be staying in the flat until the end of the year for now, though there may be an option to stay longer afterwards.
