The room is fully furnished and there is plenty of storage space.

The house is very spacious - it has 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and a large garden. It's kept very clean and tidy (a cleaner comes twice month).

The council tax is paid by the landlord. The only bills not included in the rent are electricity & gas and water. All bills cost around £45- £90 per month, depending on the time of year.

The house is less than 1 mile away from both Golders Green and Cricklewood stations (15 minute walk or 3 stops on a bus from the end of the road). The bus stop is a 2-minute walk. It is also very close to Brent Cross Shopping Centre and several parks.

The northern line runs through Golders Green with very good connections:
- 3 Minutes to Hampstead
- 11 Minutes to Camden Town
- 17 minutes to Tottenham Court Road
- 22 Minutes to Bank
