Bright Double Room Near West Hampstead

We're looking for someone to join our friendly four-bedroom home, around a 10–12 minute walk from West Hampstead and just 10 minutes from both Kilburn and Cricklewood. With the Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink all within easy walking distance, it's a great location for commuting across London.

The room is a bright, spacious furnished double, available from **7th August**. It comes with a double bed and two large wardrobes, with plenty of additional space for a desk, sofa or any extra furniture you'd like to bring. Rent is **£1,000 per month**, with bills typically coming to around **£100–£130 per month**. Parking is also available if you have a car.

The house is what really makes living here special. We have a large living room where we watch films, football and boxing together, a spacious kitchen, a conservatory that's perfect for poker nights, barbecues and social evenings, and a big garden that's ideal for relaxing in the summer. The whole house is bright, spacious and kept clean and tidy.

The three current housemates have all known each other for years and have built a genuinely friendly home together. Our fourth housemate is moving on, so we're looking for someone to take their place. We're a sociable house and always happy if someone wants to join us for a chat, watch a film or head to the pub, but we also respect everyone's own space and routines.

We're open to professionals, students, singles or couples. Pets can be discussed, and smoking is absolutely fine as long as it's outside. Above all, we're looking for someone who's respectful, easy to live with and will enjoy being part of the house.
