It is a two bedroom flat with a bathroom, well-sized living space and an ideal kitchen. It is furnished and clean with a great view of greenery from the living room window. The building is very tidy and located on a quiet neighbourhood road. Council tax band: D.
Location
Fordwych Road sits between Kilburn and West Hampstead, which means you've got two Jubilee line stations within walking distance — Kilburn to the south and West Hampstead to the north — plus Brondesbury Overground and the full West Hampstead interchange (Jubilee, Overground, Thameslink) for when you need it. Central London is under 20 minutes away.
Kilburn High Road is on your doorstep for day-to-day errands (Aldi), and West End Lane gives you the coffee shops, restaurants and Sainsbury's when you want something a bit calmer. Hampstead Heath is close for green space.
Your flatmate
You'd be living with Harry, 25, who works in consulting, spending 2-3 days of the week in the office and the rest from home. He is a fantastic housemate who is always up for exploring and social activity, but also a keen runner and member of The Gym Group round the corner. The flat has a good balance of shared time and space to do your own thing.
