Looking for a roommate for a 3bd 2ba in west hampstead. Only me in the flat and looking for one other. Will have your own bathroom. My room is upstairs.
Total rent is 3,500 and 1,500 is your portion (my room is slightly bigger upstairs). You will need to bring your own bed and I’ll clear whatever you need out of the bedroom. I will probably move out in six months- if you would like to stay longer we would probably need to find a new flatmate for you.
