We are looking for friendly, tidy and clean students or professionals to rent a large double room.

The house is situated in a mews style gated development with own parking space. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, a garage and a garden.
The double bedroom that we are renting is well presented and furnished to a good standard. The rent includes water, internet, TV and council tax. The kitchen, the living room and the garden are shared where we usually like to hang out.

This is a location with excellent transport links (including night buses N5 and N113), this house is only a short bus journey from Golders Green Station (Northern Line), West Hampstead (Jubilee Line, London Overground and National Rail) and Willesden Green Station (Jubilee Line) . Cricklewood Railway Station is 10 minutes walk away providing links to Central London or Luton and more. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops nearby in both Golders Green, Brent Cross and Cricklewood. Golders Hill park is in walking distance if you fancy a relaxing day.
