Urgent - Cheap roomshare in great location

We are looking for a new flatmate for our flat in Northwest London. The flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. You will be sharing one of the bedrooms with a professional Italian guy. .

The flat is located in a safe suburban-style neighborhood, within 5 minutes walking from supermarkets, restaurants and parks. Buses 13, 113, and 82 stop 2 minutes away from the house and will take you to Finchley Road Station where you can change for the Jubilee or Metropolitan lines for quick and easy access to central London. Other nearby stations are Golders Green station and Cricklewood train station.

We are looking for a clean and responsible person. The rent is £80 per week, and includes the water bill. Electricity and broadband are not included in the bill but are usually very inexpensive - especially in the summertime. You will need to pay a deposit of £300 when you move into the flat. You will get the deposit back when you move out, provided you find a tenant to replace you.
