I'm looking for a flatmate to share my ground floor garden flat in a Victorian House. Spacious working kitchen and living room (lot's of free shelving/space) French doors into the garden.

I work in construction management, I'm out early in the morning and back home at around 6 pm. I'm quite social but also like my quiet time.
During the weekends in London, I like to spend time out visiting galleries/exhibitions etc. Also, like music and like to go out and see small gigs. I play /used to the guitar occasionally...
I travel twice a month to visit my family back in Italy.(Fri to Sun).
Also love travelling, art, history, world affairs and self-development.
I smoke outside in the garden.
Suit quite professional/couple £850pcm. All Included. Fibre broadband.
Jubilee line and overground 5mins, Thames Link 5mins, Buses frequently to Centre.
