Double room available in charming flat

I´m offering a large, bright and fully furnished double room for at least 6 moths. The right person may be a MA student or a professional, probably coming to London for a short term. This person should be positive, quiet, respectful and clean.

The house is nicely furnished and tidy. It is on the top floor of a Victorian House, it is really cute. The living room is large and bright with two sofas, a big table that seats 6, perfect for relaxing dinners after work or a long day studying. The kitchen has all appliances. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.

The room is a big double room with a new bed, a desk, two wardrobe and bedside table. It has a huge window and a lovely balcony.

The house is located in a residential area between Kilburn and West Hampstead, really close to Hampstead Heath. It has excellent transport links: Kilburn station, West Hampstead station, Brondensbury overground station, etc.

You would be sharing with me, a 34 female working in education. I love hiking, photography and I enjoy quiet time once I get home.

The rent would be 520£ with bills included except gas and electricity plus one moth deposit. The room will be available from 15/9/14. Please, just contact me if you have a over 600£ budget.
