Large, sunny double room in a friendly art filled house available from mid February. It’s moments from Gladstone Park, 15m to Willesden Green (Jubilee) or Cricklewood (Thameslink) and many buses.

Our lovely Edwardian house is in a friendly residential neighbourhood and besides the park, it’s minutes from shops including Lidl. At the end of the road next to the park is Cricklewood Library and cafe, run by the community, there are lots of classes and activities.

The room is fully furnished with a private ensuite shower room and a kitchenette, including your own fridge, cooker plate and microwave. There’s lots of storage with a roomy wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and cupboard. Upstairs is a shared kitchen with an oven and washing machine shared with one other. Outside there’s a pretty garden with a hammock, lovely on sunny days. The wifi is fast and reliable.

We are live-in landlords Steve and Sally, and another lovely lodger lives in the loft room with her own facilities. Apart from us three two free range Siamese cats live here, alongside Suki, our Italian Greyhound who keeps to the ground floor.

We love our home, and we're happy to chat. It’s a warm and sociable environment, but equally it’s easy to keep to yourself. It is a calm and smoke free house.

Amenities: high speed broadband and Virgin 200MBs wifi throughout, central heating, two washing machines, garden & terrace. Parking available in CPZ at cost. Secure bicycle parking in the side alley.

The room would suit a professional, artist or student. The house suits people who are busy and sociable, but like their own space. Full-time is great, Monday-Friday would also work, and we will consider short or long term lets.
