Description

Beautiful large double bay window room to let, fully furnished, all bills included.

Available from the November 23rd 2025..

Sunny ensuite double room in a stylish 4 bed Edwardian house. in a friendly residential neighbourhood right next to the wide open spaces of Gladstone Park. It's minutes from shops, buses and trains in Willesden, Cricklewood, Kilburn and Brent Cross. All bills and fortnightly room cleaning are included.

The room is large, with a bay window, a desk, easy chair and a new double bed. You have a private ensuite bathroom, including toilet, basin and beautiful blue tiled shower, as well as your own kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. There's a shared washing machine and more cooking facilities in the utility room upstairs. Plentiful storage with a roomy wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and cupboard. Outside there’s a lovely garden with hammock or you can take a stroll to leafy Gladstone Park at the end of the road and visit community run Cricklewood Library, with classes, events and cafe.

Sharing the house are live-in landlords Steve and Sally, and one other lodger in the loft room with their own facilities. The household includes two free range Siamese cats who will come to check you out, and our Italian Greyhound Sukie, who keeps to the ground floor. We are all well behaved, love our home, and we're up for a chat and a glass of wine. It’s a warm and sociable environment, but equally it’s easy to keep to yourself. It is not a party house and there’s no smoking in the house at all.

Amenities: high speed broadband and Virgin 200MBs wifi throughout, central heating, two washing machines, garden & terrace plus very local park for jogging or sport. Parking available in CPZ at cost. Secure bicycle parking in side alley.

Transport links round here are great and numerous - the Jubilee line at Willesden Green (Jubilee line zone 2) about 10/12 minutes walk away, or Dollis Hill (Jubilee line zone 3, 10 minutes across the park). Alternatively, there are lots of buses to town from Cricklewood Broadway, and overland trains at Cricklewood Station (St Pancras, London Bridge, etc)

We are looking for a new lodger, professional, artist or student, of any nationality. The house suits people who are busy and sociable, but like their own space. Full-time is great, Monday-Friday would also work, and we will consider short or long term lets.

Please get in touch if you think our room might suit you - we’re happy to answer any questions.
