Two large double rooms in large bright house

We have two large double rooms available in lovely 4 bed house in Golders Green . You will be sharing with two other professionals (2 kiwis). We are a laid back house and work the regular 9-5 Monday to Friday so we are generally quiet during the week. We all have our own interests and social lives.

We are looking for friendly new housemates who are easy going, social, and with a good sense of humour…. being house trained is definitely very welcome.

We have two, furnished double rooms available one from 4 August the second from late August. It is £475 pcm plus bills (approx £90 average per month which includes council tax, gas, elec, water, TV, Sky and BT).

It is a large bright house with two separate toilets and a separate bathroom, lounge (with dining table) and backyard. There is also a large shed for extra storage and there are all the essentials incl wireless internet and sky.

We are in a nice quiet street and are very well located less that 10 mins walk to Golders Green tube on the northern line(10 mins to Camden, 15 to central london), plus buses to all over the place. There is a park behind the house with free tennis courts. Hampstead Heath is a quick walk up the road and Brent cross shopping is a 5 minute bus ride. Golders Green high street also has all the essentials.
