I am subletting a double room for single occupancy in a first-floor flat (no lift), available short-term only (minimum 1 month, maximum 6 months).

The apartment consists of:
Two double bedrooms
A shared living area with a kitchen and sofa
One shared bathroom with shower
Please note: the kitchen has electric hobs only and is not suitable for professional or intensive cooking.

👤 About Me
I work, study, and volunteer, so I am rarely at home.
Please note that this is a sublet – the other tenant is currently abroad for work.

💷 Rent & Conditions
£1,100 per month – all bills included (wifi included)
(Reduced from £1,250 due to maintenance works currently taking place at the building entrance)
Deposit: £1,100, refunded on the day of check-out
To move in: £2,200 + valid ID

Video viewings available for those living abroad
Non-smoking flat (a small terrace is available for smokers)
No garden or cellar
