Primrose Hill Double Room for Male - London Views

About us:

We are two young guys looking for a new flatmate from the 12th of December. Unfortunately, or fortunately, our flatmate is relocating for work and is leaving us. I am Jon, Spanish, and work in social services. The other flatmate is from Manchester and is an architect. We are pretty chilled but busy with work, family and friends, although we enjoy going to play frisbee to Primrose Hill, or having dinner together. We've hang out every now and then and would like to continue the tradition.

We're quite clean, and our landlord is specifically looking for someone like us who cleans after themselves and who can negotiate with us some cleaning rota or arrangements.

About you:

We are interested in getting along and treating the space as a welcoming home. We don't need to be friends but only coming and going as a hostel would make it difficult . Ideally, please, share a spareroom profile about you or anything about you. We can do the same.

About the flat:

It's a very nice double room, literally two minutes walk from Primrose Hill park and with great views to the London skyline. It has a huge built in wardrobe and newly refurbished windows and radiator. It's a warm flat in winter and with really nice airflow in summer. It has one bathroom with toilet, and a decent kitchen with all amenities, inc. dishwasher and air fryer. Plants and decoration are no longer in the room but the bed comes with a mattress and a frame, there's the desk, the built in wardrobe and a shelving unit.

Extra costs:

Prepayment meter for electricity: basically around £17/month. One of us rotates to top up £50 every 4/5 weeks or whenever it runs out of credit. Meaning you'll put £50 every 3 months-ish depending on consumption/price.
