- 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, kitchen, living room, small private balcony, communal gardens
- Plenty of storage space in common areas
- TV in the living room
- Clean and tidy
- Not a party house, but friends and partners are welcome to visit/stay occasionally
- Parking spaces can possibly be rented outside the flat
- Leased directly from the landlord (a really nice retired gentleman who lives in north England). The landlord has been really good to us as tenants over the years and is very keen to keep us happy. If anything is broken, it will be fixed quickly.
The room:
- Furnished: double bed and wardrobe.
- Carpeted
You:
- Should be clean & tidy and be happy to stick with a weekly cleaning rota (each flatmate is responsible for cleaning the common areas every 4 weeks)
- Should be a mature professional. No students please; sorry.
- Should be easy-going and sociable, who appreciates a chat with your flatmates.
- Should not work night shifts, as the others have to work from home during the day and can't be as quiet.
Timings:
- Available around the 15th of July 2025. (To be confirmed)
- Lease is 12 months but can be broken early with 1 month's notice.
- Other bills are sorted out between the tenants, with each person being responsible for a bill each.
