We have a room to rent in our flat in Avenue Mansions, NW3 7AX.
Large Double - £950 pcm – All Bills Included (except cleaner, £9 every two weeks)
Double bed, Lock on door, 2x wardrobes, chest of drawers, 2x bedside tables, wooden floors. As you can see from the pictures it is a good-sized room
The Property
The entrance of the property has cameras and you have to buzz visitors in. The flat is on the second floor. There is a lift. It is a very spacious property with high ceilings (I’d guess about 14 feet!). The block as a whole is quite quiet. There are only two flats per floor. There is a very large shared garden. It is shared between quite a number of flats but you will always find a space there. We do have a “spare” room which acts as kind of a storage room for boxes / our suitcases, drying clothes etc.
Transport
The property is located on Finchley Road. 13 and 113 buses are very close and Finchley Road, Finchley Road and Frognal, West Hampstead Tube / Overground and Train station are all within 10 minutes

There is a bathroom (shower over bath), a bathroom (shower over bath) with a toilet, and a separate toilet.
Kitchen
Large Kitchen. Gas cooker with Extraction hood. Table and chairs. Full set of shared cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Storage space for your items. There is only one fridge freezer, however three of us currently have our own so don’t use it so you will only share with one other.
Laundry – there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. A small storage cupboard where we store the hoover etc.
Internet – 640mbs Virgin Business internet

Flatmate 1 – 42 – M – British – (English) I work for a bank and WFH most of the time and usually go into the office once a week
Flatmate 2 – 38 – F – Spanish - (Spanish and English) – Private nanny. Works out of the flat throughout the week.
Flatmate 3 – 25 – F – Latvian- (English / Latvian) – Full time employed at clothing store.
Flatmate 4 – 40 – F – Romanian (English / Romanian / Spanish) – Full time employed as medical office manager
New Flatmate
We’re really looking for someone who is simply going to be clean and respectful. Were not a party flat but we all get along. We mostly do our own thing but not to say we wouldn’t join you in the kitchen for a drink or two of a weekend! I like cooking, we all like travelling.

Contracts will be directly with the owners, however they will use a referencing agency for which you will need the following – An employer reference, 3 moths bank statements, 3 months payslips, ID, proof that you are entitled to be in the UK if you are not British.
Contracts will be 6 month duration
I have no idea what the council tax band is (spareroom have asked me to include it) but all bills are included.
