NW3 Flat w/ PhD Students - Room Available

🌸 Hey guys! Sadly our third flatmate is moving out so we are looking for a NEW FLATMATE for a lovely 3-bed, one bath flat in NW3 from early September 2026. It is 2-3 minutes from Finchley Road Tube and 4 mins from Finchley and Frognal overground station. 975/month! 🌸

We have attached pictures and videos of the flat. The bedroom, although small, gets lots of natural light. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers! Our third flatmate took part of the living room as a workspace, so if you have a desk we’d be happy to have this set-up again. The living room is very spacious and cute, with comfortable sofas, perfect for TV nights. We have loved living here because of its amazing location (transport links, massive Sainsburys, Waitrose, Aldi, off licenses, and 3 gyms - all within 5 mins!)☺️

Sejal (25) and I (25) pic of us included below) are both PhD students who work from the office. We enjoy cooking, having film nights and planning cute flat trips (and holidays!!), including going to Hampstead Heath which is only a 20min walk away!

For council tax reasons we are ideally looking for a student, but happy to live with a like-minded professional who is willing to cover the CT (band D) themselves. Rent is £975/month (calculated based on comparative room size). Bills usually around £60 a month.
