Room available in lovely 3 bed house in NW3

I’m sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my room. Deets and photos below!

📍The house is just off of Finchley Road and a 5 min walk to West Hampstead. It’s in a little gated complex off one of the side roads and has a communal garden space in the middle. It’s in a great location transport wise:

- 1 min walk to Finchley Road and frognal overground
- 7 min walk to Finchley Road station (Met line and Jubilee)
- 10 min walk to West Hampstead thameslink
- Also has a coach stop on our road that goes to all the airports.

🛏️ The room is based on the ground floor of the house, it’s a fairly small double room but also has its own en-suite bathroom. Unfurnished but I’d be happy to leave my furniture for an extra cost (bought a bespoke double bed to fit in the space as it’s very slightly shorter than a normal double, wardrobes also to fit the space). The ground floor also has a lovely living room/dining area with the kitchen opposite. Upstairs you have the two other bedrooms and bathroom. It’s a really cute little house.

💁‍♀️ You’ll be living with Rosie (30) who usually does 3 days in office and 2 wfh, and Barbara (34) who is fully in office. They’re looking for a like-minded girl around 28-mid 30s who’s sociable and friendly but also likes her own down time and will help keep the house tidy.

📄 Rent is £900 + bills. Deposit will be max £1115 (depends if this is split equally or per room as this room is cheaper than the others). You’ll need to pass all the standard references and credit checks (I think your gross income needs to be at least 28k to pass referencing). Move in early September. Tenancy renewal date is Feb 2026.
