Cozy flat mostly to yourself in Chalk Farm

We are a couple in our 40s soon to move out of London. We would like to rent out the main bedroom in our property and retain the second bedroom for occasional visits (always with advance notice). We currently expect to spend less than 20% of our time in London, if this changed at any point (likely for work reasons) we would discuss this with you and revise the rent accordingly.

The flat itself is an ex-social housing property in a small leafy block on a quiet no-through-road. It has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen, shower and toilet, and has new carpet throughout. It is conveniently located within 15mins walk of Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park and Camden Town. Transport connections include Chalk Farm 8mins away and Kentish Town West within 12mins. It has several major bike shares (Lime, Forest etc) available in dedicated parking immediately outside the block. Resident car parking is available on street via permit.

The room for rent is a generous double, supplied furnished with a sleigh double bed and OTTY mattress, hardwood triple wardrobe, regency desk and matching chair. If you have any of your own furniture you'd wish to replace this with we're open to discussion on that. All bills are included in the rent.
