Flatshare in Belsize Park, near the Heath :)

Our friend’s leaving us for Australia 🇦🇺 and so we have one room coming available in our lovely 4-bed flatshare from 18th of February, for a professional aged between 27 to 35 years old.

It's a 2-story flat in zone 2, just 5 min walk from Belsize Park tube station (Northern Line) and about 5 mins from Hampstead Heath overground station.

In the flat there's a spacious shared living room, kitchen, and a shared bathroom. The available bedroom is upstairs facing a quiet street overlooking trees. It will include a double bed and a wardrobe, and there's also some storage space around the flat if you need it.

Our flat is a cozy home, and we enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea together after work from time to time. We're looking for someone who's clean and tidy, ideally works a 9-5, and helps maintain the home-ly vibe.

As for the flatmates, we are Elisabeth, Hannah, and Sara. Elisabeth works in yoga and fitness, and she loves aerials and acting. Hannah works in public health and likes SoulCycle, video/tabletop games and going to the cinema. Sara works in office support and she enjoys a pub outing and walks around London.

Costs: Rent (£579 pm) + bills + shared household products. The bills and household products are split equally and come to roughly £100 a month depending on the season. Deposit is £645.

We’ll be starting viewings from the 6th of January, when we’re all back from the Holidays.
